STUMPTOWN SMASH. Named after the original name of our hometown, Whitefish - this “original” smashburger features two Flathead-raised beef patties, smashed with onions, finished with Oklahoma City Style sauce, pickles, and your choice of pepperjack or cheddar cheese.
WESTERN RYE SMASH. An artful collaboration! This two Flathead-raised beef patty smashburger features Whitefish Highline Rye glazed onion smashed as the patties cook, and your choice of locally-made BBQ by Jordan’s Juice: Hot, Mild, or Medium.
HUCK AROUND & SMASH. (Ask for the story on this one!). Crowned the most-flavorful burger during our opening week, this two Flathead-raised beef patty smashburger features another locally made BBQ sauce - this time featuring the huckleberry! Get ready for an explosion of tangy delight!
JR. SMASH. A single patty version of our smashburgers so the little fish have options too.
